Keep checkout simple. We build the connection to your ERP, payment provider, online store, delivery or loyalty service on request, then open it to every shop.

On request: we build each integration with the first shop that needs it, then it becomes available to every caisse.tn shop.

Your integration, built on request.

  1. Tell us the tool, its version and what should connect to your register.
  2. We agree scope, access and terms, then build the connection with you.
  3. Once it works in your shop, it becomes available to every caisse.tn shop.

Each connection also depends on the provider’s API access and authorisation, and on availability in Tunisia: we check these at the start.

ERP and accounting

Agree product ownership, taxes, warehouses and the documents to transfer. The counter should stay simple even when the back office is extensive.

Payments

Separate a recorded payment method from a transaction confirmed by the provider. Merchant account, country, currency and refunds are part of the project.

Online stores

Map item identifiers and variants, then agree stock, price and order rules to avoid recording one sale twice.

Delivery and orders

Clarify whether you receive orders or request a courier. Partner access, availability and cancellation depend on the selected service.

Loyalty and promotions

Define voluntary customer identification, consent, points, discounts and returns before sharing personal data.

Create an account, prepare products and prices, import CSV or Excel with a preview, then set up cashiers and your register. Suprema and Dibal scale connections are prepared according to model and protocol.

Discuss your integration

Include the tool and version, your country, the data to exchange and a technical contact. Do not email passwords or API keys.
