Odoo POS or a simpler checkout for your shop?

Using Odoo? caisse.tn builds the Odoo connection on request: we develop it with the first shop that needs it, then it becomes available to everyone. Here is how the project is prepared.

Integration on request · built with the first shop

The role of each tool

A small or medium shop may first need to prepare prices, scan products and review sales without rolling out an entire ERP organisation. caisse.tn follows that path through a catalogue, cashier profiles and reports. If Odoo already holds purchasing, stock or accounting, establish which system owns each record before selecting a checkout.

The workflow to define

The typical scenario: products and barcodes come from the agreed source, then sales and payments flow back to Odoo. Together we settle how a receipt differs from an accounting invoice, when stock is deducted, and how cancellations, refunds and differences are handled. Odoo API access depends on your version, hosting and plan; we check it with you at the start.

Questions for your project

  1. Which Odoo version and hosting do you use, and is API access available?
  2. Does Odoo or checkout own price, tax, unit and stock?
  3. Do you need individual tickets or daily totals, and who approves accounting entries?
  4. How should a delayed sale be retried without creating a duplicate ERP order?

Discuss your integration

Include the tool and version, your country, the data to exchange and a technical contact. Do not email passwords or API keys.

Each connection also depends on the provider’s API access and authorisation, and on availability in Tunisia: we check these at the start. Names belong to their respective owners. Inclusion does not imply affiliation, certification or endorsement.
