Products and catalogue
Ready references. Your prices.
Choose from the existing catalogue or import your products.
- Name or barcode search
- Photos, categories and prices
- Price and barcode per variant
- CSV and Excel import with preview
Missing a reference? Create it. When importing, check the columns and preview before confirming.
Build a catalogue your cashiers can use
Use existing references with your own prices
In the selected shop, search for an article by name or barcode. Choose a reference from the shared catalogue, then save the price you charge. Create your own product when a reference is missing. The shared catalogue gives you a starting point; it does not decide your shop’s selling prices.
Begin with the products you need for opening. A clear name, photo and consistent category help cashiers identify an article and distinguish similar pack sizes at the counter.
Check each stage of a CSV or Excel import
Select your file, map its columns to the expected fields and match its categories. The preview shows rows and validation errors before confirmation. Check prices and references carefully: assigning a column to the wrong field can change the meaning of your data.
- Correct the rows flagged in the preview.
- Choose whether to skip or update duplicates.
- Review the import result to find articles that were not imported.
Check variants before the first service
Give each variant its own price and, where applicable, barcode. Check the selling unit for products sold by piece or weight. Then connect the register to the internet, synchronize it and find a few representative products before opening, particularly when you need to keep selling during an internet outage.
