Compatible hardware

Connect your existing POS equipment.

caisse.tn is designed to integrate with your existing point-of-sale equipment: register, printer, barcode scanner and customer display. Suprema and Dibal scales can also connect to the register.

Plan how your devices will connect.

To prepare installation, provide each device’s full model, a photo of its model label and its connection type. These details help plan connections, cables and configuration.

  • Register: brand, model, operating system, version and available connections.
  • Printer: model, paper width and connection, such as USB, network or Bluetooth.
  • Suprema and Dibal scales: model, communication protocol and connection to the register.
  • Barcode scanner and customer display: model, connection and intended use.

Test the operations your store needs.

Check the complete setup before using it in your store. Include each device, its connection and the functions you need.

  • Scan one of your products and check the item and price.
  • For weight sales, check the weight reading, unit and price calculation.
  • Print and reprint a receipt, checking the paper and information shown.
  • If you use a customer display, check what appears during a sale.

Prepare for internet interruptions.

While online, pair the register with the right store, sync products and prices, and prepare an active cashier with a PIN. A prepared register saves sales locally and syncs them when internet returns.

Before opening, test an offline sale followed by reconnection and synchronization. Management and reporting need internet; offline sales appear there after they sync.

  • Offline sales use products already synced to the register.
  • Account creation, initial setup and register pairing need internet.
  • Test printing and peripherals under your intended operating conditions too.
