Register and sales

Simple point-of-sale software for your shop.

Scan products, switch baskets, print the receipt.

  • Barcodes and favourites
  • Sell by piece, unit or weight
  • Multiple baskets and parked sales
  • Receipts and reprints
  • Recorded payments and meal-voucher fees

A prepared register saves sales offline and syncs when internet returns. Pairing needs a connection; hardware depends on compatibility.

Register and sales

What does a point-of-sale system do for a store?

A register records sales at the counter. The software connects products, prices and barcodes to receipts, then cashiers to results. With caisse.tn, the management workspace helps you prepare products and follow store activity.

  1. Prepare your products

Set prices, variants and selling units. Choose existing references or import CSV or Excel, then check the barcodes before you start.

  2. Check the equipment

Start with what you need: barcodes, weight sales or printing. Check printer, scale and display compatibility with us. Signup, setup and register pairing need internet.

  3. Prepare to sell offline

Sync products and prepare cashiers with their PINs before selling. A prepared register saves sales without internet; results appear in management after synchronization.

One register, the tools for your shop.

Products and catalogue

Choose from the existing catalogue or import your products.

Missing a reference? Create it. When importing, check the columns and preview before confirming.

Sales and reporting

See what sells and compare your results.

Results belong to the selected store and refresh with internet. Offline sales appear after synchronization.

Team and co-owners

Prepare cashiers, follow their sales and invite your partners.

The passkey opens management; the PIN is for the register. You can be your first cashier.

A register that fits the way your shop sells

Grocery shops: start with the barcode

Start with the products that cross your counter every day. Find their barcodes in the shared catalogue, add the references you need and set your shop’s prices. If you already have a product list, CSV or Excel import lets you bring it across after checking the column mapping and preview.

At the register, scanning retrieves the prepared article. Suspended baskets let you return to a sale when a customer steps away to collect another item.

Bakeries and patisseries: keep favourites close

Place frequently sold products in favourites so cashiers can find them without a barcode. Set up piece or weight sales for each article. Before installation, confirm the exact scale and printer models and their connections. Suprema and Dibal connections also need checking against your particular equipment.

Growing retailers: keep each shop clear

Give variants their own prices and barcodes, prepare a PIN for each cashier and review results for the selected shop. Switch shops in management to follow each location’s activity.

A prepared register can keep recording sales offline; management receives them after synchronization. Recording a payment on a receipt does not, by itself, process a card transaction through a payment provider.
