By accessing and using the Jerbien point-of-sale system, you agree to be bound by these terms of use and all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for complying with applicable local laws. If you disagree with any of these terms, you may not use or access this site.
Description of services
Jerbien provides a POS system with product and employee management, a sales dashboard and customizable store and profile settings. These services are designed to support retail operations.
Authorized use
You agree to use the POS system only for lawful purposes and in accordance with Jerbien’s guidance. Misuse or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
Service interruptions and maintenance
Jerbien aims to provide continuous availability of the POS system but may occasionally perform maintenance or experience unexpected interruptions. Jerbien is not responsible for losses or damage resulting from those interruptions.
Limitation of liability
Jerbien is not liable for indirect, consequential, exemplary, special or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the POS system. Jerbien’s total liability for any claim relating to this agreement is limited to the amount you paid for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Evolution of services
Jerbien commits to an adaptable platform that responds to changing user needs. As part of this approach, specific requests for data portability outside our system may be considered in exceptional cases. Contact customer service for details about the process and its conditions.
Changes to terms
Jerbien may change these terms of use at any time. Continued use of the POS system after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of Tunisia, without applying conflict-of-law principles.
