WooCommerce and shop checkout: plan useful synchronisation.

Selling through WooCommerce and a physical shop? caisse.tn builds the sync with your store on request, then makes it available to everyone. We start with the products and events to share.

Integration on request · built with the first shop

The role of each tool

The register should stay clear for the person serving customers. caisse.tn brings catalogue, checkout and reporting together; WooCommerce can remain the online storefront. The WooCommerce connector is built with the first shop that needs it, starting from its WordPress site, extensions and actual order workflow.

The workflow to define

The connection uses WooCommerce’s REST API and webhooks. Map simple products, variations and item identifiers, then establish the stock and price owner. An event received twice must not count as two sales: verify its signature, identifier and state on the server. Payment extensions, refunds and pending orders can change when an order becomes a completed sale.

Questions for your project

  1. Which simple products and variations are sold through both channels?
  2. Which extensions change stock, tax, price or order status?
  3. At which order status should stock be reserved or deducted?
  4. How will repeated events, delays and differences between online and counter sales be detected?

Discuss your integration

Include the tool and version, your country, the data to exchange and a technical contact. Do not email passwords or API keys.

Each connection also depends on the provider’s API access and authorisation, and on availability in Tunisia: we check these at the start. Names belong to their respective owners. Inclusion does not imply affiliation, certification or endorsement.
