Glovo and shop checkout: orders, products and availability.
Receiving a Glovo marketplace order and requesting delivery are different needs. Tell us which one you have: caisse.tn builds the connection on request with your shop’s partner access, then makes it available to everyone.
Integration on request · built with the first shop
The role of each tool
caisse.tn covers catalogue, counter sales and reporting. Glovo partner documentation distinguishes areas including orders, catalogue and availability. The connection depends on the shop’s eligibility and Glovo partner access; we build it with the first shop that needs it.
The workflow to define
For a partner-order scenario, map catalogue references and variants, decide how availability is maintained and choose when an incoming order becomes a sale. Plan acceptance, out-of-stock items, cancellation and refunds without confusing a platform payment with a payment taken at the counter. Courier or on-demand logistics projects have a different access model and lifecycle and are handled as a separate project.
Questions for your project
- Do you need to receive marketplace orders or request a delivery service?
- Does your business have the required integration access and authorisation?
- Who maintains catalogue availability, prices and substitutions?
- When is a sale recorded, and how is it cancelled or refunded when needed?
Discuss your integration
Include the tool and version, your country, the data to exchange and a technical contact. Do not email passwords or API keys.
Each connection also depends on the provider’s API access and authorisation, and on availability in Tunisia: we check these at the start. Names belong to their respective owners. Inclusion does not imply affiliation, certification or endorsement.
