## Prepare your team with clear access

### A cashier profile for each person selling

Add cashiers to the shop where they work, using their identity and phone number. Prepare a four-digit PIN and check that the profile is active before their first service. Working alone? You can be your first cashier and use the same setup when your team grows.

The PIN opens that cashier’s session on the register. Switch cashier at each handover so that sales remain attributed to the person recording them. A named profile makes the sales history easier to interpret later.

### A passkey for management, a PIN for the register

Your management account uses your phone number and a passkey kept by your device. This sign-in method is separate from a cashier’s PIN. Invite a business partner as a co-owner when they need management access; handing them a register PIN does not provide that invitation.

Keep your sign-in methods personal. When someone’s role changes, review their profile rather than passing another person’s account access around the team.

### Check the team in the selected shop

Each shop keeps its own team. Check the selected shop before creating or changing a profile. Then review cashier results in sales, allowing for working hours and synchronization: these figures describe recorded sales, rather than every part of someone’s working day.
