# Your stock follows your purchases.

Record purchases from your suppliers: received quantities are added to stock, register sales deduct it, and every movement stays in the history.

## Stock starts from your purchases.

Record a product purchase: supplier, purchase date, an optional supplier invoice or reference, then each item with its quantity and unit cost. Received quantities are added to stock automatically.

- Items found by name, barcode or scan
- Several items and variants in one purchase
- Unit cost and purchase total
- Quantities by piece, kilogram or litre

## Suppliers at hand.

Create a supplier once with a name and, optionally, a phone number, address and tax ID. It is there for every new purchase.

## Every movement is recorded.

Register sales deduct stock. Record a loss, count actual stock, and review each item’s history: purchase, corrected or voided purchase, opening stock, loss, count and sale.

- A “To check” filter for items that need attention
- Protected counts: the register must be synced and sales paused
- A purchase can be voided while its stock is unchanged

## Your expenses in one place.

Product purchases and other shop expenses are grouped by period, with the total spent and a search by expense or purchased product.

## Good to know.

Purchases and expenses are recorded online in the management workspace, in French or English. The register keeps selling offline; its sales reach stock when it syncs.
