Account, catalogue and register.

Is the software free or a time-limited trial?

A tier is free forever, with no time limit, and support is available 24/7. Premium pricing will be announced later. Equipment and additional services are assessed separately.

What is caisse.tn?

A register and workspace for products, prices, cashiers and results. One account can manage multiple stores.

How do I create my free account?

Enter your phone and create a passkey. You’re signed in, then guided through store setup. Signup and management are in French or English.

Do I need to enter every product myself?

Find available references by name or barcode, then set your prices. You can create missing products yourself.

Can I use my existing product file?

Yes. Import CSV or Excel, map columns and categories, then check the preview before confirming.

What is a passkey?

A sign-in key kept by your device and used with a fingerprint or unlock code. It’s separate from the cashier PIN.

How do I connect a register to my store?

Scan the register’s QR code, choose your store and confirm. An active cashier with a PIN is required to sell.

Can I sell if internet drops?

Yes, on a prepared register with synced products. Sales are saved and synced when internet returns. Signup, setup and pairing need a connection.

Can I use a printer, scale or customer display?

Depending on compatibility with your register. Call +216 50 453 517 to check equipment before choosing it.

How do I work with partners or multiple stores?

Invite partners, prepare cashiers and switch stores. Each keeps its own prices, team and sales.

Can I start without a logo or hardware?

Yes. Prepare your store and products, add a logo and pair hardware later. A forever-free tier is available; contact us about equipment and additional services.
